Hi Elisa,

I see you do a lot of postings so you may know this. If you use the SSDI, http://ssdi.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/ssdi.cgi you can get some leads. I don't recommend buying lots of Social Security records (unless you have a sack full of money) right away, but one may be very helpful. I can see what I would guess as being connections between the Carden's just from the SSDI site search for Missouri. And too you may want to invest in a death certificate. However, I would first get on the web, check funeral home address and phone numbers say in Malden, Dunklin County, write or call them. See if they can tell you about Willie Bill Carden born 23 Mar 1911, died Sep 1976. That is if they buried and where. Don't burden them with a lot of searching, but they may come thru for you.
