Thanks for the information. James Turley is probably Jasper and Sarah's son, James Newton Turley. He married again in 1895.

Is it unusual to not find death certificates for people who died in Douglas Co? Both Jasper Turley and his wife, Sarah C Turley, died between 1910 and 1920. Their daughter, Mary A Matilda Turley Roper, supposedly died in 1941 in Douglas Co, and their son, James Newton Turley, may have died between 1910 and 1920 in Douglas Co. I can't find death certificates for any of them.

James Newton Turley may have died in Michigan as I found his widow and 2 kids living in Detroit, MI in the 1920 census.
