A marriage between John W. Collins and Mary McClanahan was recorded at the Douglas County, Missouri Courthouse at Ava on 15 Dec 1888.
It is possible that this same John W. Collins married a Lew Emma Bittick after the death of Mary McClanahan in 1889.
There seems to be more than one John Collins of that time and area. Does anyone know which John W. Collins this could be?
