Fannin/Fannon = After 1855 When my GG grandfather came to Douglas County from Marion County, Tennessee a man who's name was Fannon ask him if he could bury his daughter on his property. My gg grandfather told him yes... This was the beginning of the Fannon Cemetery, sometimes referrer to
as the Robertson Cemetery. My grandfather was Malachi Robertson. Today many of my ancestors are there includeing
Malachi. I have searched there for the Fannon girl's grave
but have never found it.
