I think I found your family on the 1900 Federal census for Douglas county Missouri in Clay township, family #364. The only odd thing is that the years of birth seem a few years off but the names seem to match. Here is what I found....

PARKER, Eba A. white, female (Head of household) Widowed. Born Feb 1847 TN. Age 53. Gave birth to 10 children but only 7 living by the 1900 census reading.
Others in household were;
Son, Joseph B. born Augs 1893 age 26, TN.
Son, W.A. born Sept 1876 age 23 TN.
Dau., Flora born June 1883 age 17 MO.
Son, Samuel born Jan 1886 age 14 MO.
Son, James born Dec 1887 age 12 MO.
Dau., Annie born Jan 1891 age 9 MO.
A note next to Eba A. Parker's name says (Conduct Farm) also reading indicates her father born NC and not known for her mothers birth place.
Maybe this info can be of some. I am not related and have to further info.
