There is a very active and efficient DeKalb County Historical Societ in Maysville, Missouri. I do not know of they monitor this site. One of the sons of this couuuple was a classmate of mine at Maysvville--until redistricting seent them to Osborn Schools. I do not know where he now lives but I believe a younger child Veeerlin resides in Osborn. Two of the children of this couple were killed in tragic farm accidents. They had several children and my memory indicates only one girl--but again sometimes my memory is not accurate. Good luck.
