Thank you for the obit of my great uncle "Judge" Rea. I grew up in Dallas Co., Mo but am now living in Maine. For any other genealogists, he was the first of his generation to die and was survived by sisters Emma and Rose; and by brothers Harvey, Ben, Tom, Harry (my grandfather), and Abe. He was buried on a very snowy day in Jan. 1950 and people had trouble getting home from the funeral, if I remember correctly. He is buried close to his parents at the Charity Cemetery, and his father James (Cap) was the first person buried in that cemetery.
