Kim,
Do you have any idea who this James NASH born 1858 married?
I am looking for the parents of my James Nash. I believe that his middle name is Louis, but I have not been able to find him listed that way anywhere that I have searched.

I have a James NASH, (born I thought 1862), married to my Elilhabeth "Betsy" Nash (Yes, surnames are the same). They were married November 16,1883, in St. Francois County, Missouri.

What really interests me is the fact that they also have children of the same names that you have mentioned. They have:
John Henry Nash born 1885
Mary Nash born 1890
Ida Nash born 1898
Charles F. Nash born 1903

As you say, some families named their children after siblings of theirs, or after parents.

If you have any information on this family, you may email me at: ograndma@nwtec.com

Thank you,
Joyce
