There's no legible tombstone for any Buterbaugh in Rose Hill Cemetery, but if the death certificate says the burial is in Billings Cemtery in Billings, MO, the Rose Hill Cemetery would be my first guess as to what is meant. Sometimes, an obit or mortuary record or death certificate will call a cemetery a name different than its usual name. I would GUESS they mean Rose Hill, unless you know for certain that the individuals were Catholic and wanted to be buried in a Catholic Cemetery such as St. Joseph's or that you know of a reason they might be buried at St. Peter's. Sorry the answer isn't definite, but it's the best guess I can offer. It would help to be more sure if we sometime found a reference to Rose Hill or another Cemetery where a tombstone or record exists that calls the cemetery Billings Cemetery.
