Reuben Hail was born 1802 in Tennessee. He married Lucy Weaver in about 1821. He appeared in the 1830 census of Smith County TN. In about 1835, Lucy died. Reuben moved to MO later. In 1839, Reuben married Martha, Lucy's sister. Reuben and Martha settled down in Sparta. When Reuben lived in Sparta, he was living next to a family named Stubbs. He also lived near several families named Taylor. Reuben's son, Alexander, is buried at Abundance Cemetery in Sparta. Quite of few of Reuben's descendants are buried at Sparta Cemetery also. Martha died in 1849. Reuben married Mary Ann Inman in 1852. They moved to California in 1853, where Mary Ann died soon after. Reuben died in 1873. Do you know anything about Reuben and his parents? Please contact me if you know anything about them. Thanks brian in springfield mo
