Mona Hale was living in Sparta (Christian County, Missouri)
Township in the 1900 census. She is listed as the step-daughter of R???? and the wife's name is illegible, also. She is listed as 6 years old. In some court records, she is listed as having as a guardian, Reuben Lafyette Hale, who lived close to her in Sparta(he was the county judge at this time) Does anyone know who her birth parents were? What happened to them? Please contact me if you know anything about her, and what became of her later in life. Thanks for your help. brian in springfield mo
