Death or a resident of Bilyeu Nursing Home October 1966

I am searching for the death and possible obituary of one Floyd Hammons who supposedly died at the Bilyeu Nursing home in Ozark, MO in October 1966. Due to a family fued he changed his name and left home at an early age and we have cause to believe that he may have used the alias Elmer Phillips rather than his actual name of Floyd Hammons. We feel he was living in Kansas City in 1920 under the assumed name of Elmer Phillips and at that time he stated that he was born in Nebraska. He did have relatives living in Nebraska and we supposed he changed his birthplace to throw family off his track. His middle name was Elmer--Floyd Elmer Phillips, born March l, 1879 and his mother's maiden name was Phillips, thus the alias Elmer Phillips was born. Whatever help anyone can come up with will be appreciated.
