It gives parents' birthplaces as TN and all children at home in 1880 as MO. You might check 1850 TN index [widely available] to see if a child of the right name & age is in a Pope household. They might have moved to MO before then, but that's a quick way of checking. Since there's no universal list of Missouri census, that would require checking censuses of counties where you believe they might have lived.
