I don't know at all that this is your lady, since I don't know what became of her after the census, but I did find a possible candidate in 1900 Christian County, South Marion Township (where Garrison was located at that time) household 103:
Harvy S. Harless w m head Apr 1852 mar 20 yrs MO VA VA
, Nancy M. w f wife Mar 1862 mar 20 yrs 5 - 5 MO IL IL
, Mamey w f dau Mar 1884 16 single MO MO MO
, James P. w m son Oct 1888 11 single MO MO MO
, Harry L. w m son Dec 1893 6 single MO MO MO
, John A. w m son Nov 1895 4 single MO MO MO
, Wm. F. w m son Feb 1900 3/12 single MO MO MO
I don't see any other possibility in that area in 1900, although your lady could have moved there after 1900.
There is a Christian County marriage record:
Mammie Harless - William H. Cobb 14 May 1901 06/446 Elsey W H elder which suggests that this woman married William Cobb in 1901. There's always the chance that the groom's name here or the child's name is North Dakota was misunderstood by the person writing it down or that the person transcribing the record misinterpreted the handwriting and that the "Cobb" and "Cooke" are one and the same, but I would not know which is the correct surname.
Perhaps some Harless researcher would know whether Mamie/Mammey (Harless) Cobb is the correct person.
