GARDNER-MORELAND, mid-1800s

Are there any experts out there who can tell me more about Joseph & Susannah (Moreland) Gardner and John & Elizabeth (Moreland) Gardner? I know that Joseph was from Cass Co., MI and resided in and around Christian County, but was he the "Joseph Gardner" who was the County Court Judge during the 1860s? Where is he and his wife buried? And does anyone know if John & Elizabeth moved from MI to Missouri? Did they have a daughter Mary A. who married William L. Gardner?

I'm curious, because Susannah & Elizabeth were sisters to my gr-gr-gr-grandfather William Moreland/Morlan, who also resided in Christian County until 1870.
