Don't know if you still need this but here it is:

Smith's Chapel Cemetery is located in Carter County, Section 19-Township 26-Range 3 East-south of Ellsinore, Mo. From Ellsinore go west to Hwy 60-21 Junction, turn south on Hwy 21 and go two miles to Hwy K, turn left and go five miles to a cross road and on the left is a sign"Smith's Chapel". Take the country road to the left for about one mile till the road forks. Take the left prong of the road to the cemetery and church. The land was donated by Mr. and Mrs.J.W. Smith about 1902. It has a large sign"Smith's Chapel" founded by J.W. Smith and Zacheus Stephens 1904. The sign is in honor of "Claude Kelley". Copied by Margaret Roam 1982. Many of the unmarked graves were supplied by Mrs. Anna Patterson, Daughter of Mr. & Mrs. J.W. Smith. Revised 1996.

There is a book at library called "Cemeteries of Carter County". If you need names from this book, I copied pages before I left.

Shirley
