Andrew BURNS settled in Cape Girardeau around 1820. His wife was the Jane BURNS who was murdered in Jackson, Mo. abt. 1822. They had several children, including my ancestor James Andrew BURNS who married Elizabeth ABERNATHY.
Trying to find out where Andrew BURNS and family came from before settling in Missouri. Perhaps Kentucky. Looking for info on who Andrew BURNS parents were.
