Thank you so very much for looking up these records for me. The children of Hankerson Kimbel have been difficult to find until the 1930 census records became avilable . Then I managed to locate them in Cape Girardeau. In 1880 they were in Kansas, and I thought perhaps they had gone further west.
It appears Hiram Kimbel must have had 4 wives, the three you mentioned and another named Lilly M., who on the 1910 census he had married 5 year before.
I would be very pleased to have those obits. and anything else you might find out about this family. I decend from the brother of Hankerson, William Z. Kimbel (1827-1913). As for acts of Gen. kindness, I am always ready to help others with whatever resouces I have. A click on my name will no doubt have a great many messages which I hope have been help to others. Again I really appreciate your help.
