Looking for information on the Labbe,L'abbe,Labbee,Labby family. They came from Quebec Canada. Believe migrated via Cape Giradeau, St.Geneivieve, and St. Francois counties to Madison CO then on to Ill. First names could be Joseph, Alfred,Claude. Any information will be helpful. (Came from Canada after 1811 probably 1820-they were in Madison by 1830 and Randolph Co. Ill by 1840). Thanks,Frances.
