Hi Mary,
I'm not related, but came across your query and did some looking. As I'm sure you know, Camden County is a no-mans land of information due to courthouse fires.

I found Della in Indian Territory in 1900 & wondered how she got there & how Thomas Wallace or Jenette were cousins. I finally figured out that Jenetta was a Howser/Houser from Morgan County.

1880 Morgan Co. MO
Wallice, T A 29 MO
Genettia 26 MO KY MO
Howser, J. J. 28 cousin

1860 Osage, Morgan MO
Howser, Wm 35 KY
Mary 30 MO
Jerusha 11 MO
Jeanitte 7 MO
Monroe 3 MO
Lamb, Ann 60 TN

1850 Buffalo, MOrgan MO
Houser, William 25 KY
Mary Ann 18 MO
Jerusha 1 MO

William M. Houser married Mary Ann Lamm 8/30/1848 in Morgan Co. MO.

Trees @ ancestry have Mary Ann as daughter of James Lamm b ~ 1797 and Ann Boren.

This James Lamm was a brother of Alexander Washington Lamm who settled in Camden Co. and was the grandfather of Joseph R. Lamm, who Ollie was living with.

Joseph R. Lamm and Jenetta Houser Wallace were second cousins.

I would look at the other children of James Lamm & Ann Boren and see if any of them had a son with the first or middle name of Franklin or Francis.

I really don't have any bright ideas on the Gumm side other than it also might be Gunn, as there were some of them in the multi-county area also.

After doing your own digging, you'll probably do better posting to the family genforums and the Missouri state forum. There are lots of researchers who check the state forums.

For now-look at Morgan county and possibly Miller, Hickory or Benton county.

From trees at ancestry I found that Mary Ann was the daughter of James Lamm b. ~1797 and Ann B
