There is a cemetery not very far North of Ham's Prairie Cemetery named Burdett Family Cemetery. In this cemetery are buried a Martha J. Bellama, Jan. 6, 1825 - Nov. 1, 1881 and also three Members of the Walton family: Sarah Elizabeth, died May 16, 1935, aged 82 years, Herbert Lee Walton (no dates), and Lolar F. Walton, d/o W.B. & S.E. Walton, Sept. 16, 1880 - Aug. 11, 1883. There are a large number of burials in this cemetery without an engraved tombstone, only marked by native stone markers. It is most likely that the Sally (Bellama/Bellamy) Walton is buried in this cemetery. This is the immediate area in which the Bellama family lived.
Sincerely yours,
Wayne Johnson
