I think your boarder is a Henry Inham, married twice with 5 children. Notice the way the writing is going into a loop for an h.
I think, more of a Henry Inman, is the guy living next to Harry Huffman.
My Heritagequest version shows Harry Huffman as 191/195 and it sure looks like Henry Inman at 192/196, with wife Rachel and children Leslie, John and Mary.

Hope you haven't wasted 40 years.
