Opal V. Middleton (age 20; estimated birth date: abt 1910; birthplace: Nebraska; relationship to head: sister-in-law) was living with:
Lawrence O. Hollowell age 29
Myrtle E. Hollowell age 29
Mary L. Hollowell age 8
Loretta G. Hollowell age 3 4/12
