Looking for any records of Edward John FUNKE's Father and Mother. They were supposed to be from Germany. We have Edward John FUNKE's death cert, says his father and mother were John FUNKE and Mary FUNKE m(TUNGES)but could be(TONGES)or(TOENGES). Edward married Lottie Lee SCHROCK. Edward was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, he is buried in Scott county Missouri. Trying to find a record that shows John and Mary FUNKE were from Germany and what part of Germany. John and Mary FUNKE may have lived in Bollinger County. Edward's son Roy Lee FUNKE, my grandfather, was born in Glenallen, Mo. Any help would be appreciated.
