SINGLETON, RICHARD --PATTON, BOLINGER COUNTY MO

I am trying to find information on Richard Singleton who lived in Patton, Bolinger County, Missouri around the late 1800's. His brother, Newton S. Singleton, moved there for about two years towards the late 1800's. Newton then moved back to Okawville, Washington County, IL.

Newton and Richard had siblings named: Tabitha, Mary Jane, and James. We think he also had brothers named Lewis, Benjamin and Willis D. However, someone has said Willis may have been their father. I'm trying to get a line on Richard and Newton's parents. Newton was my grt grt grandfather. Until about two years ago, we did not even know who gramma's father was, let alone her grandfather. I now have a photo of Essick, and one of Newton (just from the eyes up...long story). I would like to get in touch with any descendents of Richard's. Perhaps they could fill me in on the family lore etc. I have the facts, I now want the meat and heart of the story. Thanks.
