Seeking any information (birth date, place of birth, parents, marriage, children, etc.) on David Ramsey. In 1851, with the organization of Bollinger County, David Ramsey reportedly helped fellow commissioners Isaac Shepherd and J.J. Daugherty lay off the town of Dallas, which later became Marble Hill.
