Ancestry has the original marriage license image online, but it's too faded to determine her name for certain. They read it as Margaret M. Blade, and a transcription done at the courthouse read it as Margaret A. Blare.

But there are no Blade's or Blare's in 1880 Benton census, and the only Blake's are a David 67 and wife Mary A. 40.

Do you have her age? It could also be Black, and there's a Marg. A. Black 25 in 1880 Cross Timbers, Hickory County, on Benton County border, daughter of widower Robt. W. Black.
