Both townships are large, and you need to narrow down your ancestors' locations if possible: If they were there early enough to get U. S. Land patents, you can search the Bureau of Land Management site at:
http://www.glorecords.blm.gov/PatentSearch/

Then if you find them, this map shows both alphabetical and numerical township locations:
