Spell is Papinville. There is a group that has some organization. I believe gthe McFarland family is included in their history. Get back to me and I will send you "snail mail" info on persons in charge. They have a "school" (actually several), an historic bridge--a small museum and are a great source. AND---they need all the outside assistance we can offer. My father-in-law is from the community (no longer truly exists----is in the easement area of "Truman Lake". Contact me!! They have publications, photos, etc. They have two meetings per year...next schedule is April, followed by a wonderfully pleasant fall gathering in September!!

Linda
