Rich Hill Cemetery, Moberly's

I recently visited the cemetery searching for info about my great-grandparents Everett and Blanche Moberly who lived in the Rich Hill area most of their lives. I also found a grave for their infant son, Beryl Moberly. But I was very surprised to see a headstone for my great-great-grandparents F.M. and Mary M. Moberly of whom little is known. They are originally from the Moberly, MO. area, and I was not aware they were ever around Rich Hill. Can anyone help me in my search for info and paperwork about these ancestors. Is F.M. and Mary actually buried at Rich Hill, or is it just a headstone in their memory? Does the cemetery keep death records, etc.?? Thanks for any assistance!!
