Jennifer: I stumbled onto your answer when looking further into the Gardner/Cartwright/Maylen genealogy. My father was a brother to Maggie (Cartwright) Maylen. Agnes Maylen, the oldest daughter of Earl and Maggie Maylen, lives at 2818 Briggs St., Parsons, Kansas 67357. I am sure she would be delighted to hear from you.
Do you have any genealogy about the Maylen family? I would be happy to pass this on to Agnes and she would be elated to get this. So happy to hear from you, I am struggling, trying to get the Cartwright genealogy. They were supposed to be in Rich Hill, Mo. in the 1900 Census, but I have searched these census records and can find nothing. I'm still trying. Thanks for answering. Maxine
