I am looking for the death date and place of burial for my gg-grandmother Lucinda [cindy] Naples. I know they were in the 1880 federal census for the county of Vernon, Missouri...but there is no record of her death there or burial. someone suggested that I look in either Kansas or Barton Co.,Missouri. I know that she died sometime between 1880 and 1886. My g-grandfather was very very little when his mother died and did not remember where or when she passed away, and his father never spoke of his mother really as g-grandfather was growing up. Since he was born in 1878 I am just figuring that a 7 year old would remember his mothers death, so I think he was younger than 7 years old. Her maiden name is Lucinda F. Cagley and she married Adolph L. Naples. My grandfather once stated that he thought he remembered his father telling him that his mother died in childbirth along with the child. Any help would be appreciated, I know this is a long shot.
