Iím a little late with this, but I hope you are still checking for messages.

Here is the link to findagrave burial information for John Burcham Lakey. He is buried in Lakey Cemetery, Douglas Co. MO. However, it shows he was a veteran of the Union side.

The online Missouri military records confirm the information, and his record does show he died in the Cassville Field Hospital of a fever.
