Hello Barbara, I am stunped on my great grandfather Thomas Jerfferson Brannan and was wondering if you could help. I seen your post here: http://genforum.genealogy.com/mo/barry/messages/492.html and this seems to have me made a huge big turn around the other directioin. Up unitl now, I think I have been on a wholee other line and not this one! Ok, here goes.....Thomas Jefferson Brannan:

Thomas Jefferson Brannan
Born: May 6, 1904 in Sligman, MO
Married: 1926 in Sallisaw, OK
Died: 1963 in Arizonia

and this is his mother:

Elizabeth (Liza) Brannan
Died in 1954 at 90 years of age
Born: 1864

Then I found this census: https://www.familysearch.org/search/recordDetails/show?uri=https%3A%2F%2Fapi.familysearch.org%2Frecords%2Fpal%3A%2FMM9.1.r%2FM85C-3JW%2Fp_272803355

Could this be my Tom Brannan? Is Thomas Jefferson Brannan's last name really Sprinkles and he assumed his mothers maiden name of Brannan?
