Found your query for information of T W Bingham, Lawrence County and checked my copy of Lawrence County Probate 1845-1874.

Mt Vernon Court House Probate Office Records,
Box 14, File 360: Thomas W Bingham. Daniel Biddlecome Adm. Letters May 15, 1865. Martha B. (X) BINGHAM signs receipt for dower Nov 15, 1865. Final settlement July 17, 1868.
No bond or affidavit found. (It will be a dollar a page and $2.00 for information on front and back of documents which is worth it when the front side has family information and the backside will have be the location of the file with the date.)

You can write the Probate Office, Mt Vernon Court House, Mt Vernon, MO 65712 and request copies of all documents. There may be a sale of his personal property included in the file and as well asn assessment of his estate to pay his annual taxes. The name of Daniel Biddlecome as an Administrator is quite common during the years of 1845-1860. His date of death would be the date of May 15, 1865.

Hope this helps!
