You're welcome, no doubt there were many black marriages that were not recorded prior to 1865 except in family records. It was not mandatory in Mo that any marriage be recorded that early. If she/they came with the Daniel family as a slave, and were gone before 1870, pretty narrow window of time.
there was a A.B. Daniel in 1860 slave owners schedule,but no James Daniel and A.B. was the only Daniel name listed in Audrain Co.
