Beaver Dam Cemetery Location-Audrain County, MO.

Will be making a short trip to Mexico this Christmas holiday and would like to visit the gravesites of several ancestors who are said to be buried in the Beaver Dam Cemetery (I believe it may be south of Mexico). Can anyone supply me with precise directions to its location? Would be traveling there from Columbia.
Also, if anyone can provide me with driving directions to Union Chapel Church & Cemetery, I would be most grateful.
