Westboro early 1900's plat map or directory - Looking for Hotel Adalena

My g-grandfather, William S. Probasco, owned a hotel in Westboro around 1910. It was called the Hotel Adalena. We are trying to locate where the hotel used to be and see if the building still might exist.

I believe if I could find a plat map from around 1910 or a City or Phone Directory, it might have an address. The hotel may have existed after 1910, however, he sold it and moved to Kansas about 1911. We do not know how many years he owned the hotel prior to 1910.
