Cagle(?) & Stella Bell family, Adair Co., MO

Searching for any info on the Cagle(?) and Stella Bell family who lived Adair County from probably early 1890's to about 1910. Not sure of the spelling of "Cagle". This family is listed in the 1920 Ottumwa (Wapello County), Iowa census. His name is difficult to read ... so "Cagle" is my best guess at it. There are seven children in the household on this census, all listed as single.

1920 Wapello County, Iowa Census
Cagle Bell born 1867 OH OH US
Stella Bell born 1871 NE US US
Jesse (son) born 1892 NE OH NE
Samuel born 1893 MO OH NE
William born 1895 MO OH NE
Allen born 1898 MO OH NE
Ralph born 1901 MO OH NE
Pansy born 1903 MO OH NE
Beulah born 1906 MO OH NE

Does anyone recognize this family? I can not find any of them on a 1910 census or a 1930 census. Where did this family go?

Apparently, Cagle and Stella married in NE and had their first child, Jesse, in NE. They then moved to MO where their other children were born. They had moved on to Wapello Co., Iowa before 1920.

Am interested in the correct given name of "Cagle". Who were his parents? I'm very much interested in any info on son Samuel. Samuel's name, birth year, and place of birth fits a profile for a Samuel Bell I'm searching for.

Any assist is greatly appreciated.

Craig Nelson
