Fredrick Benson homesteaded in 1875 in Yellow Medicine County. He had three children that I know of. Ben, Berta, and Annie. (Ben and Berta were twins)
Information I have says he was married to Susan. He was born in Norway. His son Ben ran B F Benson General Merchandise Store perhaps in Cottonwood MN. Berta married Lars Larson that had a business called L Larson Carriage and Plow Works probably in the same area. Annie was supposedly married to Hans Hanson. Can anyone help me with information in regard to this family. We have photos of the two businesses..Thanks Lyla
