I would like to find out if the farm now owned by Roger Timm was that owned by my g-grandparents John and Ellen Houlihan, circa 1877: i.e. the northwest quarter of section 25 in Township 109, Oakwood.
(The graveyard mentioned by one of the previous responders is actually St. James Cemetery--indeed a fenced cemetery in the middle of a pasture now owned by Lefty McGrath. There my great-great-great grandmother Ellen Dailey is buried, and there also is a stone for a John Houlihan. However, another for John Houlihan Sr. stands in St. Joachim's Cemetery in Plainview. Where the bodies are for John Sr. and Jr.are I don't know, nor whether there is actually a stone for John Jr, or instead, two for his father. His wife Ellen remarried a Cunnhinham after his death and lies with him in St. Joachim's.)
