Herman A & Emma M Wilde & F.H. Wilde, Plainview, MN

Herman A Wilde was listed in the 1920 Census for Plainview as follows:
Herman A Wilde, 43, Ger
Emma M, 38, IL wife
children:
Ella A, 16, IL
Elmer A, 14, IL
Emley M, 12, MN
Herman A, 10, MN
Henry F, 9, MN
Elma A, 7, MN
F.H. Wilde was born about 1831 in Germany. He had a son, John William Wilde, born in 1851 in Germany. The two, according to oral history, emigrated to MN in 1878 or so. John paid for passage for Minna Hager to join him in 1881. He was listed in the St Paul, MN directory in 1880. F.H. supposedly left his wife and the rest of his children back in Germany. When she wouldn't join him, he remarried and was living in Plainview, MN. Since Herman was also living there and he and John both lived in IL for sometime, I thought that they might have been brothers or related some how. Herman's son, Henry F, may have been named after F.H. Wilde. Looking for connections with this Wilde family.
