My Aunt & Uncle were apparently involved in an accident in MN in May, 1978. I was told at the time they were both killed in the accident, but looking at the Social Security death record raises some questions. My Uncle, Archie Longhway, is shown to have died, with death benefits paid to "Dumfries, Wabasha, MN.", while his address of residency was in CA. My aunt, however, who had always been known as Velma, could not be found, alive or dead. I finally checked a "Doris Longhway" in the death record, and while she died in April 1980, her death benefit was also paid to "Dumfries, Wabasha, MN." Her place of residence was listed as St. Anthony Village, Hennepin, MN. Can anyone shed some light on this little mystery? They had no children, she was raised by my grandmother, and anyone who would have known what happened back then are also gone now. Thanks for any help. Jean
