Dallas,
On the Minnesota Historical Society's on-line death index,at www.mnhs.org there are 20 KELLY listings for deaths that occurred in Polk County, where the previous posting confirmed your grandfather's family lived.

In particular, your Grandfather Harvey is listed in addition to Patrick and Mary or Mrs. Mary Kelly.
There is also a listing for a David J. KELLY, with Mother's name listed as "DE SONGE CORBIN". Also a Lillian KELLY, born 8/9/1926, mother's maiden name listed as CORBIN.

You can order copies of the death certificates on line for a fee, or get a volunteer to make copies for you for a minimum fee. You can try volunteers at www.raogk.org(random acts of genealogy kindness). Most death certificates list date of birth, parents names, and birthplace, in addition to cause of death, place of death, addresses, occupation, citizenship, and spouses names.
Here is the link and hope this helps. Denise
