There is a Carl Neuman, age 65 living in Chicago, IL in the 1910 census. He was born in Ger as were his parents and he was naturalized in 1869. Could that be the right one? There is also a Carl Neuman who registered to vote in Cook Co., IL in Oct 1890. He states he was born in Germany and had resided in the state and the county for 8 years.
