John Richard LONG b 6-29-1892 MN; d 11-2-1952 Minneapolis;
m Aurelia POTVIN. He is the s/o John LONG b 6-1856 Canada & Catherine MORRISSEY b 1-1868 Canada. John Sr is a policeman in Minneapolis and 1900 states he emi 1878; both parents b Canada. 1910 he states emi 1883; both parents b Ireland.

If it turns out he is related there are photos available...

LONG is a very common name, and oftentimes folks like to embellish and latch on to a famous person.
Perry LONG 1861 was b in MN, long before John LONG arr in MN.
