I have taken time to really study your earlier reply and I am pretty much convinced that this is the correct family after all. I had found the same census bureau info about Fredrica only having one child. I didn't think about that meaning 1 natural child. It makes since now because the dates seem to correspond on the the 1880 and the 1890 census's. Anna married during the time between the two census's and so would not have been included with Fredrica on the 1900 census.
Thank you for your help. I have gone ahead and updated my family tree to correspond to what you found.
Further, I believe Richard Kreuzer and Anna Schumacher moved to South Dakota soon after their marriage. I don't know if any parents went with them. Maybe John nd Frederica Schumacher can be found in the cemetery in Hollywood Township if they stayed, which was most likely.
After South Dakota, the Kreuzer family wound up in Manvel, Texas after a brief time in Missouri.
Oh well, the search goes on! Thanks again.
