I am not sure if this is my William or not. He was born in Berlin, Worcester, Mass about 1812. But the family moved to Saint Lawrence County, New York after that. Where did you find this Information. If this is him I am very grateful either way it gives me a direction to look. My William married my GrGrGr Grandmother a Ojibwe Indian from around modern day Little Falls. He was also a State Attorney in the 1850 and 1860's in Little Falls and was also a Hotel Owner. He was also a carpenter in the 1860's in Minnesota and later in 1870's in Indiana. This could be him since I had a hard time tracing him around that time. The last record I found in New York was in early 1840. That was around the time the Mormon side of the family left New York. They were also related to Joseph Smith the LDS founder. Again thanks for the research.
