It shows on the info that Mike Wallace found for you that it's possible that there was also a brother Richard. So I googled Richard Dinstel and found this.

It at least seems to give cousins' names for any children of Ronald Dinstel. and where they live. You could google them, or go to a site like www.switchboard.com or 411.com to get contact information.

It doesn't really refer to Richard having passed away, so maybe he is still alive?
