I am interested in being in touch with anyone who has William Milligan in their family tree. He emigrated from Scotland in 1913, age 20. Final destination was stated as Jackson, Minnesota on Ships Manifest. He appeared in 1910 La Cross census. Would like to establish if this is a great uncle in my family tree. If so would also like to know what happened to him after 1910. Many thanks.
